1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Novalive online software, a business management tool for professional and private sellers on live selling platforms.

2. Account

Users provide accurate information and keep their password confidential. They are responsible for actions taken from their account and for the access they grant to collaborators.

3. Workspaces and collaborators

Each shop is an isolated workspace. The owner invites collaborators and assigns them a role, and can remove them at any time.

4. Support access

The publisher does not access a shop's business data, unless its owner or an administrator grants temporary, read-only support access. Every access is logged and visible to the customer.

5. Acceptable use

Attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the service or uploading unlawful content is prohibited.

6. Data

Users remain the owners of their data and can export it at any time. For their own buyers' data, they act as data controller; Novalive acts as processor. Data processing agreement (GDPR article 28) to be appended.

7. Third-party integrations

Features related to sales platforms depend on the files or interfaces provided by those platforms, which may change. Their status is shown on the Integrations page.

8. Liability

Novalive is a management aid; tax and accounting results must be validated by the user or their accountant. Limitation of liability, service availability.

9. Changes and termination

Terms for amending these conditions, suspending and closing accounts.

10. Governing law

Governing law and competent jurisdiction, consumer mediation where applicable. In the event of a discrepancy between language versions, the French version prevails.
