No. Novalive runs in the browser, on computer, tablet and smartphone. On your phone, you can add it to your home screen.

Yes. The website, sign-up and the whole application exist in French and English. Each user chooses their language and region (date, number and amount formats), and each shop its currency.

Each workspace is isolated at database level: access checks are done by the server, not just the interface. Passwords are encrypted by our authentication provider and payments go through Stripe.

Yes, depending on your plan. Invite your collaborators and choose their role: administrator, team member or viewer.

Sales, minus platform fees (estimated from your fee schedule, then replaced by the actual fees from your statement), minus refunds, minus the actual cost of goods sold, minus your expenses.

Yes, at any time: full export from My account. You can also request the deletion of your account.

Your workspace is created with a 14-day trial, no card required. At the end of the trial your data remains viewable: choose a plan to keep editing it.
